TriYoga class
Amira's sequence of TriYoga Flow is something unique in my experience.
I have taken yoga classes all over the world – Washington, Florida, London, The Maldives and India itself - but never was able to achieve the break throughs, both physically and spiritually, that I encountered in Amira's classes and workshops. Over a three-year period with an intense and committed group of fellow-practitioners in an intimate setting, we explored what TriYoga can be and the benefits of a practice in a group context.
Amira is the best teacher I've met out of dozens and I regret the circumstances that have moved me out of her orbit.
