TriYoga at Free Spirit in Bern
I had the privilege to attend Amira's Triyoga classes in Bern from Basics to Level 2. Amira teached with great professionality, care and patience. The atmosphere at Free Spirit was friendly, spiritual and I always felt a great comfort and calm. As to me, Amira was the best teacher I ever had, and I am so sorry she has left Bern! Triyoga is Amira - Amira is Triyoga!
