Carloforte in vacanza, quest&#039;estate in luglio ho provato per la prima volta triyoga e l:ho trovata molto interessante e perfettamente adatta ai miei bisogni. Und ich stelle fest, dass Worte nicht auszudr\u00fccken verm\u00f6gen, was ich im Innen und Aussen erfahren habe und seither bewusst abrufbar in mir trage. F\u00fcr alle Teilnehmenden waren die Erlebnisse individuell. Doch alle haben von Magie und Gl\u00fcckseligkeit gesprochen.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nDie Begegnung mit diesen wundervollen, feinf\u00fchligen Gesch\u00f6pfen war f\u00fcr mich schlicht atemberaubend, pures Gl\u00fcck und Inspiration. Ich musste acht geben, dass ich wegen meinem Dauersmile nicht immer wieder Wasser schluckte und die Maske volllaufen liess :-).<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nDank den zentrierenden, beruhigenden \u00dcbungen wie Yoga, Meditation und Atmen wurden wir von dir optimal auf die Begegnung mit den Delfinen vorbereitet. Mit k\u00f6rperlichen sowie stimmlichen Integrations- und Ausdrucksformen konnten wir das Erlebte wirken lassen. Allf\u00e4llig aufkommende Prozesse sp\u00fcrst und begleitest du achtsam, offen und professionell. Du verspr\u00fchst eine ansteckende, nat\u00fcrliche Fr\u00f6hlichkeit und Humor. Il luned\u00ec dopo il seminario di 2 giorni e prima di andare alla prova del coro, ho fatto una mezz\u2019ora di esercizi con la maestra senza dire dell&#039;esperienza del fine settimana: da subito ho avuto una nuova sensazione di emissione proprio accompagnata dal profondo quasi come se nella pancia vi fosse una conchiglia che raccogliesse il respiro per poi convogliarlo verso l\u2019alto. E poi un suono pi\u00f9 rotondo e amalgamato anche andando verso note pi\u00f9 acute. Ma ancor pi\u00f9 bello e gratificante il fatto di non \u201cfaticare\u201d e sentire la gola libera che lascia transitare la voce ed il suono con la sensazione di poter fare come si vuole\u2026 In precedenza queste situazioni accadevano pure ma, nonostante il ragionamento per ottenere il risultato, sembravano rimanere casuali. Mentre in queste settimane risultano essere l\u00ec! Non oso immaginare come si possa crescere o comunque arricchire approfondendo un po\u2019 di pi\u00f9 questa disciplina... Cara Amira, mi piacerebbe molto poter fare un passo avanti con il tuo aiuto. Lo strascico delle onde apertesi durante il corso mi ha fatto capire che le cose avvengono quando \u00e8 il momento giusto.
